Join the AT3 Gun Bucks Rewards Program

AT3 Tactical customers that sign up for the Gun Bucks program earn Gun Bucks on eligible purchases made at AT3Tactical.com. Gun Bucks are added to your rewards balance every time you place a qualifying order and may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Gun Bucks are earned based on the brand of products purchased. Purchases of AT3 Tactical, STNGR, and 2A Basics branded items earn 5X Gun Bucks (5%), while purchases of most other eligible brands earn 1X Gun Bucks (1%).

Exclusions

Certain brands and items do not qualify for Gun Bucks earnings. These exclusions may apply due to manufacturer pricing policies or other restrictions.

Gun Bucks are not earned on:

• Gift cards (physical or electronic)
• Taxes, shipping charges, and other non-product fees
• Brands with MAP or reseller policies that prohibit rewards or points from being issued.

AT3 Tactical reserves the right to update the excluded brand list at any time.

Gun Bucks can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at checkout.

Redemption Rate

100 Gun Bucks = $1.00 discount

When logged into your AT3 Tactical account, you will see your available Gun Bucks balance and its dollar equivalent. Redeemable Gun Bucks may be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards.

Gun Bucks may not be redeemed for cash and may not be exchanged for gift cards.

AT3 Gun Bucks Rewards Program

The AT3 Gun Bucks Rewards Program provides purchase incentives for qualified customers. To participate, customers must be individuals age 18 or older who have created an account at AT3Tactical.com.

Employees, agents, wholesale partners, vendors, or affiliates of AT3 Tactical LLC are not eligible to participate.

By enrolling in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Earning Gun Bucks

Gun Bucks are earned based on the product purchase price and are credited after your order has been completely processed, shipped, and payment has been received.

Gun Bucks are not earned on purchases made before enrollment in the program. AT3 Tactical will attempt to credit rewards promptly; however, customers are responsible for verifying that Gun Bucks are properly credited.

Any claim for missing Gun Bucks must be submitted within three (3) months of the applicable purchase along with supporting documentation.

Returned or canceled orders will result in the removal of any Gun Bucks earned from those purchases. If the earned Gun Bucks have already been redeemed on a future order and are no longer available in your account, the equivalent value of those Gun Bucks may be deducted from the refund amount to ensure the rewards balance is properly adjusted.

Redeeming Gun Bucks

Gun Bucks may only be used toward future purchases and cannot be applied to the same transaction in which they are earned.

Gun Bucks have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted. Gun Bucks may only be surrendered for reward value on eligible AT3Tactical.com purchases.

Canceled orders will result in forfeiture of any Gun Bucks earned. Purchases returned for a refund will result in the deduction of Gun Bucks accrued for returned items. If the earned Gun Bucks are unavailable for forfeiture, the equivalent value may be deducted from the refund.

Expiration of Gun Bucks

Gun Bucks expire 365 days after being posted to your account. Gun Bucks expire in the order they were earned, on a first-in, first-out basis.

AT3 Tactical may provide expiration reminders but is not required to do so.

Managing Your Gun Bucks

Customers may view and manage their Gun Bucks balance through their AT3 Tactical account. Your account will display Gun Bucks earned, redeemed, expired, or removed due to returns or cancellations.

Participation may be terminated at any time by contacting AT3 Tactical customer service. AT3 Tactical may terminate participation immediately if Gun Bucks are earned or redeemed through fraud, misuse, system error, or violation of program terms. All unredeemed Gun Bucks will be forfeited upon termination.

Gun Bucks may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred.

Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program

AT3 Tactical LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Gun Bucks program at any time, including changes to earning rates, redemption values, exclusions, or program structure.

Customers should not rely on the continued availability of the program. If the program is terminated, unredeemed Gun Bucks may be forfeited after the termination date.

Limitation of Liability

By enrolling in the Gun Bucks program, you agree that AT3 Tactical LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any damages or losses arising from participation, including failures or delays in crediting rewards, unauthorized account access, program interruptions, or changes to redemption value.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed $10.00 USD in any calendar year, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No Warranty

AT3 Tactical makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Gun Bucks program, including continued availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

Governing Law

This program is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Gun Bucks are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
