The 15-inch 2A Basics ASAL handguard provides M-LOK mounting on all sides with a patent-pending Anti-Slip/Anti-Lift attachment system that ensures a rock-solid fit while keeping weight and cost down. This upper comes complete with a dedicated 22LR stainless steel bolt carrier group and standard GI charging handle—ready to run out of the box.
The AT3 16-inch pencil profile barrel in 22LR is crafted from premium 4150 CrMoV steel per MIL-B-11595E specs and features black nitride finish for durability. The lightweight pencil profile trims weight while maintaining accuracy with 22LR ammunition, and the 1:16 twist rate is optimized for standard 22LR loads. Designed for reliable cycling when paired with the included AT3 stainless steel 22LR bolt carrier group and Black Dog Machine magazines. The 2A Basics ASAL handguard weighs just 10 ounces without mounting hardware and features M-LOK slots on all sides, anti-rotation tabs, and a shaved Picatinny top rail for weight savings while maintaining full functionality.
Built on AT3’s forged upper receiver with forward assist and dust cover installed, this setup is ready to run—just add your lower receiver and Black Dog Machine 22LR magazines. The Mil-Spec A2 flash hider effectively reduces muzzle flash and gives the muzzle a clean, finished look.
