Email & Graphic Marketing Specialist – Firearms Industry

AT3 Tactical is a growing Minnesota-based manufacturer and ecommerce retailer of firearms parts and accessories.

We’re currently seeking a full-time Email & Graphic Marketing Specialist to join our team, someone with strong graphic design skills and a deep understanding of email marketing.

This position is based at our facility in St Michael, MN. While we prefer candidates who can work locally in our office, we’re open to considering a hybrid or remote work arrangement for the right fit. However, the individual must be available to work during our core business hours on most days.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and engaging content for emails and landing pages, ensuring adherence to our brand guidelines.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation, automation, and drip campaigns.
  • Create and execute on SMS campaigns that help drive engagement and traffic
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand identity.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics using Funnel Kit (can teach), Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Manage creative assets with an asset management tool
  • Create and maintain marketing reporting using Google Sheets & Google Analytics
  • Communicate progress and potential issues to the rest of the team
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize future campaigns.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of landing page designs
  • Assist with social and video assets as needed
  • Participate in 15-minute daily meetings (via Google Meets)
  • Other duties and projects as needed

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience with email marketing: To effectively manage campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and drip campaigns.
  • Ability to write compelling advertising copy: To create engaging content for our marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to generate rough drafts of landing page UX designs: This skill is necessary for the quick turnaround of new assets.
  • Knowledge of working with Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficient graphic design skills: To create visually appealing and engaging designs for email marketing and other graphic needs throughout the business

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Firearms enthusiast/industry knowledge is a plus
  • Full Adobe Suite experience
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience with email management platforms (FunnelKit & Klaviyo) 
  • Digital Asset Management
  • Use of Analytical platforms (GA4, Looker, Email & Social Analytic platforms)
