This product is a complete upper receiver for the AR10/M5 platform, chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, with a 20″ barrel, 1:8 twist rate, and rifle-length gas system. The upper receiver features an anodized finish, which provides increased durability and corrosion resistance. Please note that this product does not include a BCG (bolt carrier group) or charging handle.
Upper Receiver and Handguard
The upper receiver is constructed from the M5E1 Assembled Upper Receiver, which is a proprietary design from Aero Precision. The M5E1 upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, which is a high-strength alloy that provides exceptional durability and reliability.
The upper receiver features a Gen 2 Enhanced Handguard, which is a free-floating handguard that provides increased accuracy and heat dissipation. The handguard also features M-LOK slots, which allow for the attachment of accessories and other add-ons.
Barrel and Gas System
