Thunder Ranch Skeletonized Lower Receiver

Clint Smith of the legendary Thunder Ranch training facility worked with Aero Precision to produce this unique M4E1 lower receiver. This unique lower features Thunder Ranch engraving on the right side, as well as a skeletonized magwell, reducing weight while providing access to clear malfunctions.

The Aero Precision M4E1 deliver a huge visual upgrade to your AR-15 build, with forged durability and a billet look. Mil-spec AR-15 components such as triggers, safeties, and bolt catches work with all essential parts of the M4E1 design.

The M4E1 features a threaded bolt catch roll pin that offers a simpler installation of the bolt catch. This virtually eliminates the possibility of damage to the receiver finish during installation. 1/16″ Hex Key is required for assembly.

Simplifies The Assembly Process

Aero Precision M4E1 Lower Receiver has an integrated trigger guard eliminates the possibility of breaking the trigger guard tabs. The upper tension screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver provides a fine tune adjustment for the fit of the upper and lower receiver.

It simplifies the assembly process for the at-home builder. The threaded takedown pin detent recess allows easy installation of the takedown pin detent and spring with the use of a 4-40 set screw. It also increased Magwell’s flare aids in quick and efficient magazine changes.

The M4E1 is marked and milled to accept short-throw safety selectors, but will work with standard selectors as well.

• Skeletonized Magwell – Cuts weight and provides a unique look. Additionally, provides additional access for clearing common malfunctions such as double-feeds after removing the magazine.
• Threaded Bolt Catch Roll Pin – Allows for simple installation of the bolt catch and virtually eliminates the chance to damage the finish during installation (pin included). 1/16″ Hex Key required for assembly.
• Integrated Trigger Guard – Eliminates the possibility of breaking the trigger guard tabs by integrating the trigger guard into the lower, creating a stronger more rigid platform to build upon.
• Upper Tension Screw – Allows users to fine-tune the fit of the upper and lower receiver using a nylon tipped tensioning set screw inserted in the grip tang of the lower receiver. This provides a tight fit with any standard AR15 upper receiver.
• Threaded Takedown Pin Detent Recess – Allows the user to easily install the Takedown Pin detent and spring with the use of a 4-40 set screw (no more launching detents across the room).
• Increased Magwell Flare – Increased the flare of the Magwell to aid in quick and efficient magazine changes.
• Marked and milled to accept short-throw safety selectors, but will work with standard selectors as well.
