Get the Performance You Need with a Nickel Boron Bolt Carrier Group
Whether you’re starting a fresh build or upgrading from stock, a bolt carrier group that performs reliably is key to a lifetime of use. This BCG uses a nickel boron plating, resulting in a matte finish similar to hard chrome, which is far easier to clean than typical phosphate BCGs. The nickel boron coating is also far slicker, resulting in less wear on your receiver, and more reliable function over time.
The finish has its own set of benefits, but the hardware below it is high-quality too. The bolt is made from 9310 Steel, which has been MPI tested to protect against mechanical failures. The firing pin is 4140 steel and chrome plated per military specifications as well, and the gas key is staked with grade 8 fasteners.
The BCG is the workhorse of your rifle – and it pays to have one that runs reliably. And it’s easy to keep this one in tip-top condition for a lifetime of use. And of course, it’s made in the USA.
Note: Your bolt’s extractor may be nickel boron or black nitride. Either coating will not affect reliable function.

Backed by the AT3 Lifetime Warranty!
All AT3 Tactical Brand Products carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
This includes AT3 Red Dot Sights, Handguards, Iron Sights, and any other product that carries the “AT3 Tactical” or “AT3™” name. For other brands (ex. Magpul or Troy), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
In the event that your AT3™ product becomes unusable, we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition. The warranty is fully transferable, but we may require information about the original purchase to validate the authenticity of the product.
