Product description
Athlon Rangecraft Velocity PRO: Doppler Radar Chronograph for 65-5,000 FPS
Features
- Doppler radar technology – no mounting to firearm required
- 65-5,000 FPS velocity range
- Measures .17 caliber to 50″ diameter projectiles
- 2.4″ display screen
- 6+ hour battery life
- Works with suppressors, muzzle brakes, and compensators
- Doesn’t affect zeroing or barrel harmonics
- Not triggered by muzzle blast
- Enables accurate ballistic calculations
The Athlon Rangecraft Velocity PRO solves the traditional chronograph mounting problem by using Doppler radar that sits beside your firearm instead of attaching to it. This chronograph works well for load development where you need consistent velocity data, suppressed shooting where muzzle blast doesn’t trigger optical chronographs reliably, and precision rifle work where you can’t have anything affecting barrel harmonics. The radar picks up projectiles from .17 caliber rimfire to 50″ diameter without caring about your muzzle device – bringing easy velocity measurement to any shooting setup without affecting your zero or accuracy.
