This duty-ready barrel stabilizes heavy-grain ammunition with its 1 in 7 twist rate, and has a nitride finish to protect it from the elements. The barrel’s precise midlength tuning gives it mild recoil as well, keeping your muzzle down and eyes on target.
If you’re planning to run a suppressor on your build, consider what muzzle device is best-suited if you want quick detachment. Likewise, if you’re looking to pin and weld this barrel to a 16 inch overall length, make sure your chosen muzzle device will bring your barrel over the legal minimum.
All Performance Series Barrels feature a Nickel Boron Coated Extended M4 Feed Ramp Extension. Hanson Series Barrels also include a lo-pro gas block and coil pin, ready for permanent and secure attachment. Aftermarket piston kits don’t work with these barrels – they are not compatible.
