These lowers have some inconsistencies in Cerakote.
The AT-15 is the AT3 Tactical take on the classic AR-15 lower receiver. This lower starts with a solid base of forged 7075-T6 aluminum construction. The same durable, lightweight material used from the beginning of the AR-15’s adoption as the M16 rifle ensures the AT-15 is as tough as they come.
The AT-15 also features a deeper magwell flare than mil-spec lowers, making it easier to reload. This lower receiver serves as the perfect starting point for your next build. Add a lower parts kit of your choice, or piece together something that’s exactly to your specifications. The AT-15 will accept any part compatible with a mil-spec lower receiver.
Add in a handguard as well with the M-LOK Receiver Set, or the Quad Rail Receiver set.

FAQ
Is this lower Mil-Spec?
The AT-15 uses 7075-T6 aluminum construction, and is available in a type 3 hardcoat anodized finish, which are mil-spec. The AT-15 also accepts all mil-spec AR-15 components. Most triggers, pistol grips, lower parts, buffer tubes, and upper receivers will have no issue fitting into this receiver. With the Cerakote options, the thickness of finish in some areas may make the fit a bit tighter.
What is Cerakote?
Cerakote is a ceramic paint and adheres to polymer and metal very well. Since the the lowers are painted, some wear marks may be seen on areas of heavy use. AT3 doesn’t warranty against Cerakote inconsistencies or the wearing of coatings. Our parts are Cerakoted using the official Cerakote colors.

Is this the same Lower as the one that is priced the same, with no blemishes? its just out of stock? or is there a difference? also is there any pics that show how bad the blemishes might be? thanks

Blemishes are purely cosmetic (minor finish scratches, anodizing inconsistencies, or machining marks) that don't affect reliability
