Innovative 5-Position CQB ButtStock For Extremely Fast Deployment
The CMMG AR-15 RipStock – 5-Position Compact Stock Assembly is a revolutionary, retractable buttstock innovatively designed to enable operators to quickly adjust the position of the stock to the most preferred setting. It allows you to pull straight back on the stock and extend it to your preferred length consistently with no locking tabs to potentially bind.
The kit comes with the buffer tube constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and includes everything that is needed to install it to your lower receiver including the recoil spring and buffer weight.
P3 Technology (Personal Position Preset)
The CMMG AR-15 RipStock – 5-Position Compact Stock Assembly features 5 position adjustments that let you set a predetermined length of pull with the P3 indexing screw. Designed with the Fastback Technology from CMMG, the stock can be extended easily by simply pulling it straight back.

NOTE: When fully collapsed, the CMMG RipStock only adds 5.75” to the end of your AR-15 and can be fully extended to 9”, allowing you to fit your gun in a backpack and then be able to quickly deploy the stock and be on target in a matter of seconds. This stock kit also includes an ambidextrous sling plate and a castle nut for installation.

CMMG Warranty
Seller warrants to Buyer that for a period of 6 months from the Delivery Date, all Goods will be:
- Free from any defects in workmanship, material, and design
- Conform to applicable specifications[, drawings, designs, samples and other requirements specified by Buyer]
- Fit for their intended purpose and operate as intended
- Merchantable
- Free and clear of all liens, security interests or other encumbrances
- Not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s patent or other intellectual property rights.
Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods
The Buyer has the right to inspect the Goods for a period of thirty (30) days after the Delivery Date. Buyer, at its sole option, may inspect all or a sample of the Goods and may reject all or any portion of the Goods if it determines the Goods are non-conforming or defective.
If Buyer rejects any portion of the Goods, Buyer has the right, effective upon written notice to Seller, to:
- Rescind the Order in its entirety
- Accept the Goods at a reasonably reduced price
- Reject the Goods and require replacement of the rejected Goods.
NOTES:
If Buyer requires replacement of the Goods, Seller shall, at its expense, promptly/within 30 days replace the nonconforming Goods and pay for all related expenses, including, but not limited to, transportation charges for the return of the defective goods and the delivery of replacement Goods.
If Seller fails to timely deliver replacement Goods, Buyer may replace them with goods from a third party and charge Seller the cost thereof and terminate this Order for cause pursuant to Section 20.
Any inspection or other action by Buyer under this Section shall not reduce or otherwise affect Seller’s obligations under the Order, and Buyer shall have the right to conduct further inspections after Seller has carried out its remedial actions.
