The Magpul PMAG Minus 10 round Magazine Limiter is applicable for use in 20 or 30 round Gen M3 Pmags in .223/5.56mm. The limiter works by replacing the lower spring attachment point (locking plate) and convert a 20 or 30 round magazine to hold only 10 rounds.
