Long-Awaited Flash Hider Mount For Sandman’s Series Of Suppressors
The Dead Air Armament Keymount Flash Hider is the long-awaited flash hider mount for Sandman’s series of suppressors and has a unique patent-pending design that features a mass shifted equal length tines. This flash hider offers great function in concealing the operator’s location and incredibly removed the “ping” when used with Dead Air suppressors. Note: This muzzle device has the common 1/2-28 threads found on .22 caliber (.223/5.56) firearms. The bore however is overbored to .30 Caliber. It will work with both .22 caliber bullets as well as .30 caliber firearms that use 1/2-28 threads.

The Dead Air Armament Keymount Flash Hider is not only beneficial in low light conditions, but the closed-bottom reduces muzzle rise. This gives the muzzle device properties of a break, without the added concussion when shooting unsuppressed. - Shims are no longer included by the manufacturer and may be necessary for proper installation.
- Flash hider bores are sized to the thread pitch. (Ex: 1/2×28 is bored to .224 to meet the 5.56 requirement. 5/8×24 is bored to .30 cal.)
