Suppressor Compatible Flash Hider
The Rearden Manufacturing R2S Flash Hider is a durable muzzle device designed to reduce muzzle flash. While similar to the tried and true A2 bird cage flash hider, the R2S Flash Hider features outside threading for the ability to attach the Rearden Atlas/Atla XL and Q LLC Plan B Mounts for suppressors and blast diffusers using that thread pattern.

Both thread pitch muzzle devices have a .375 bore, ensuring that regardless of which thread pitch you need this device can be used with calibers as big as .338 Lapua and 9MM.

Installation
Shims are not included, if you would like to specifically time this, shims will be required. Additionally, your barrel may require a shim if the manufacturer did not put a thread relief on it. Torque the muzzle device to approximately 15-25 ft lbs. Make sure the muzzle device is square against the shoulder. When setting the silencer on the muzzle device, ensure that the threads and tapers are clean. Torque the suppressor to 10 ft lbs. Ensure alignment. Enjoy. The nitride finish does lead to a tighter seal, with that said, it is extremely important to torque and rockset your muzzle device to the barrel properly.
