Zastava ZPAP M70 with Battle Worn Walnut Furniture

The Zastava Arms ZPAP M70 remains one of the finest AK rifles being produced to this day, and this version lives up to that legacy. With “battle worn” walnut furniture and a tough parkerized finish, this rifle looks every bit like the workhorse it is under the hood. The rifle’s chrome-lined barrel provides excellent accuracy slinging 7.62×39 lead, with a 1.5mm receiver to ensure long-term stability.

Like most AK pattern rifles, the ZPAP M70 uses 14×1 LH threads, so be aware when selecting muzzle devices. This rifle also works with most AK magazines, whether surplus Combloc mags, or new production mags from the US or abroad.

Firearm Limited Warranty

Zastava Arms USA LLC (ZA USA) warrants that any firearm sold by ZA USA to be free from defects in performance and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set forth below. This warranty applies only if ZA USA sold the firearm to the licensed firearms dealer from which you purchased it and the warranty extends only to the original purchaser from that dealer. In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, within 30 days from date of purchase the original purchaser must complete the warranty registration online at www.zastavaarmsusa.com

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The manufacturer shall not be responsible for injury, death, or damage to property resulting from either intentional or accidental discharge of this firearm, or from its function when used for purposes or subjected to treatment for which it was not designed. The manufacturer also will not honor claims involving this firearm which result from careless or improper handling, unauthorized adjustment or parts replacement, corrosion, neglect, or the use of wrong caliber ammunition, or the use of ammunition other than original high quality commercially manufactured ammunition in good condition, or any combination thereof.

If ZA USA determines that your firearm satisfies the conditions for warranty coverage under this limited warranty, ZA USA will, at no charge, replace the firearm with the same model. If no replacement is available, ZA USA will repair the firearm if the firearm can be repaired, as determined by ZA USA in its sole discretion. If the no replacement is available and ZA USA determines that the firearm cannot be repaired, ZA USA will replace your nonperforming or defective firearm with a firearm that, in ZA USA’s sole determination, is substantially similar to your firearm. This warranty extends to any and all parts of the firearm as originally sold by ZA USA, but does not extend to any firearm that is altered or rebuilt after original purchase, damaged through abuse, misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or used other than for its legal intended purposes. To obtain performance under this warranty, you must return the nonperforming or defective firearm to the licensed firearms dealer from which you purchased and pay the cost of shipping the product to ZA USA. TO AVOID VIOLATION OF STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS, DO NOT SHIP THE FIREARM DIRECTLY TO ZA USA. ZA USA’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO A FIREARM SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE FIREARM AS DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO A NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE FIREARM, AND. ZA USA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE DUE TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WITH A DIFFERENT FIREARM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty extends to any and all parts of the firearm as originally sold by us, but does not extend to any firearm that is altered or rebuilt after original purchase, damaged through abuse, misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or used other than for its legal intended purposes. This warranty does not cover any other type of merchandise.
