The “Carlos” Compact AR-9 PCC Lower Kit is the control-side half of Carlos’ compact Team Dream Build, built around a dedicated Glock-compatible AR-9 lower receiver and a recoil system selected for blowback 9mm use. The KynSHOT hydraulic buffer, KVP PCC XP spring, RAVE PCC trigger, ambidextrous safety, and upright grip give this lower the parts needed for a soft-shooting, fast-handling PCC setup. Paired with the matching Carlos upper, it keeps the build compact, fun, and very much in line with the custom employee rifle that inspired it.
Build Notes
- This product page is for the lower kit only. The matching Carlos Compact AR-9 PCC upper kit is sold separately.
- Assembling this stocked lower with the matching short-barreled upper creates a short-barreled rifle. NFA rules apply, and the purchaser is responsible for all federal, state, and local compliance before assembly.
- Product photos may show the original Team Dream Build with a custom Cerakote finish. This kit includes standard all-black components only. Custom Cerakote, paint, coating, or finish work is not included.
- The drum magazine shown in some photos is not included with this kit, but can be purchased here.
- This product is sold as a parts kit. Final assembly is up to the purchaser, and substitutions may be made if needed due to shortages or compliance updates. All changes will be of equal or higher value.
