The “Carlos” Compact AR-9 PCC Upper Kit is built around a short, aggressive 9mm setup made for range use, PCC-style shooting, and pure fun behind the trigger. The 4.5″ barrel, 9″ suppressor-compatible handguard, and extended flash can give the upper its compact tucked-front-end profile, while the dedicated PCC upper receiver and 9mm blowback BCG keep the build focused on AR-9 compatibility. Inspired by a custom employee build and lovingly dubbed “Carlos”, this upper is made to stand out without turning into a generic PCC parts pile.
Build Notes
- This product page is for the upper kit only. The matching Carlos Compact AR-9 PCC lower kit is sold separately.
- Pairing this short-barreled upper with a stocked lower creates a short-barreled rifle. NFA rules apply, and the purchaser is responsible for all federal, state, and local compliance before assembly.
- Product photos may show the original Team Dream Build with a custom Cerakote finish. This kit includes standard all-black components only. Custom Cerakote, paint, coating, or finish work is not included.
- This product is sold as a parts kit. Final assembly is up to the purchaser. Substitutions may be made due to shortages or compliance updates, and all changes will be of equal or higher value.
