The Fortis Billet Mag Button weighs 40% lighter than a traditional mil-spec button.  The billet 6061-T6 aluminum body contains threads for mil-spec magazine catches, and has aggressive serrations for positive engagement.  The low profile design prevents over-extending the magazine catch as well, ensuring magazine retention under stress.
