If you feel that your products are eligible for a warranty evaluation due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact them and they will get you taken care of. Just send an email to sales@reardenmfg.com explaining the issue, including photos. As long as the item displays a manufacturer defect, and it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear, they will replace the item or refund the purchase.

Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number or where it was purchased from, purchase date, product, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.
