TangoDown Warranty Policy
TangoDown, Inc warrants its products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. We will repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price less shipping charges if it is determined to be defective. Any damage from misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product is not covered.
Return / Refund Policy
- All requirements below must be met before returning any product:
- Returns will be accepted within a 30 day period of the original ship date. All packages must be returned shipping pre-paid. No COD packages will be accepted.
- All returns must include a completed RMA return form available here Return.
- Only items purchased directly from TangoDown, Inc (not from a dealer or wholesaler) may be returned for any reason other than warranty issues.
- For warranty issues you need to contact us at sales@tangodown.com before returning.
- Any item, if unused/ unopened/undamaged and in original packaging may be returned for a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges. A refund will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of the original sale.
- Any product that has been used or damaged may not be returned unless warranty policy applies.
- Sales are final on all special order or clearance merchandise.
