The JP Ultra LMOS carrier solves the recoil and sight recovery problem in competition rifles by slashing reciprocating mass to just 3.76 oz – dramatically reducing bolt velocity impulse for faster follow-up shots. This carrier works well for 3-gun competitors chasing speed, precision rifle shooters eliminating flyers, and race gun builds where every advantage matters. The drastically reduced moving mass means your rifle barely moves during cycling, letting you stay on target through strings of fire that would bounce a standard-weight carrier gun off target.
Note: Competition/race gun use ONLY – not for duty or defense applications. Should be considered a consumable part with finite service life. Requires adjustable gas system. Mid-length gas system minimum – carbine or shorter systems cause accelerated wear and gas erosion. Not for .308 AR rifles. Titanium firing pin included and strongly recommended for safety.
