Vertx Overlander Backback – CCW and Get Home Bag

The Vertx Overlander functions as an all-purpose backpack for personal protection, hiking, or a Get-Home Bag in emergency situations. This backpack features an easily accessible CCW compartment for your EDC pistol and ammunition, 45 liters of storage space, and Rapid Access Pulls so you can quickly open to whichever pocket you need, and fast.

Plus, the Overlander is comfortable to wear, with a 3D molded foam back panel gives low-profile comfort with a flow-through channel for rolling luggage handles. Padded straps for your shoulders and waist make the Overlander easy to wear on long hikes, whether you’ve got a full load or just the essentials.

Conceal Carry Compartment

What makes a Vertx pack stand out from other packs is a dedicated conceal carry area. The conceal carry pocket is loop lined with a large Ready Access pull-tab ready for velcro items like a holster, additional magazines, a ballistic panel, and medical supplies. The Ready Access pull tab can be configured for both left and right hand deployment by easily changing zippers.

Gatekeeper G-hooks prevent unintended exposure and access to gear stored in the CCW compartment. Keeping your weapon close to you in environments where on-body carry isn’t possible or practical is a million times better than choosing to leave your handgun at home.

Main Compartment and Additional Pocket

The main compartment is loop lined for hook velcro pouches, has two translucent zipper pockets, and has a laptop compartment that can fit up to a 15-inch laptop. Two external stretch water bottle pockets, a small admin pocket, and a hidden clamshell pocket with Velcro MOLLE rows hold all of your hydration, extra items, and MOLLE pouches for easy access. Also, a Tactigami™ Double Admin Panel is included with purchase.
