Finally, an affordable adjustable gas block in 4 sizes: .625″, .750″, .875″, and .936″.
We have a fit for every barrel!
AT3 is proud to carry adjustable gas blocks from Wojtek Weaponry, giving you an affordable upgrade to your rifle’s gas system. These gas blocks are fully adjustable, regulating the flow of your rifle’s gas impingement for improved reliability and longevity. Whether you’re adjusting a new AR pistol to prevent overgassing, or custom tuning a precision rifle’s action, these gas blocks will make all the difference in your new build.
These gas blocks also clamp onto the barrel, improving barrel harmonics and accuracy over gas blocks that use pressure directly on the barrel with pins or set screws. It is recommended to use a removable threadlocker – such as Blue Loctite – on the set screws that tighten the block around the barrel. Do not use threadlocker on the adjustment or locking screws.
- 4 sizes available: .625″, .750″, .825″, and .936 (.750″ is the most common size, but always measure the barrel if you aren’t sure!)
- Low profile design, perfect for any free-float handguard
- Steel construction (better than aluminum for withstanding extreme temperatures)
- Secured using 3 set screws to clamp the gas block onto the barrel, increasing accuracy over pinned or set screw gas blocks
- Gas tube roll pin included
- Compatible with AR15 and AR10 platforms
- Allen wrenches for attachment, adjustment, and locking set screws are optional but highly recommended. Sizes as follows:
- Adjustment screw = 5/64″
- Side locking screw = .05″
- Attachment screws= 3/32″
- Material: 1018 Steel, Black Nitride
- Length: 1″
- Height: Sits 3/8″ off of the barrel (fits under all free float handguards!)
- Weight: 1.3-1.8oz depending on size
- Packaging: PE Bag

We've ordered 4 of these over time, and we think they are great little additions to an area that gets little or no thought in the build process. First of all, they are a dream as regards fit and finish. They mount securely, and are aided in that regard by a pilot hole which matches the gas port on the barrel, so we place a small drill bit (smooth end first) into the top of the block, and let it slide to the bottom of the barrel. We know then that the block port is perfectly centered over the barrel port. Tighten hand tight+, install the tube, mount and tighten the barrel. Spec the gas block screws & add a drop of "blue" and your good. We have found all of ours to be pretty well adjusted from the factory, but it an adjustment is needed, it will probably be very small. Know the adjustment screw is secured by a very small Allen head screw on the side of the block. It must be loosened to make adjustments. Once the adjustment process is completed we do not lock the gas screw down! We use the tiniest amount of thread locker - blue- to lock the smaller screw down. You'll appreciate this if you have to make a second adjustment. he highest recommendation We can make is to let you know that since the first one, this is the only gas block we've purchased.
Nice block. Finish is great! Works like it should. Got each round ejecting at about 3:30 every time...
Wojtek was out of stock so I did a search and found it here. This is the second one I've purchased. It works great and saved me a lot of money compared to other adjustable gas blocks. Thanks AT3 Tactical!
Bought 3 and started putting them on barrels and tightening down the first one with a Allen bit and a 1/4 midget ratchet and pulled the heads through the metal of the gas block. So got on Wojtek site and looked for torque spec and its only hand tight so my bad. But love the hole on top to align block with gas port on the barrel. Adjustment work Great on 22 Nosler and 7.62x39 builds
Bought for my 450 bushmaster with an aero precision free floating Handguard, but the Handguard doesn’t fit over the gas block. The description says it’s a low profile design, but it doesn’t work for me. I doubt I can return it since it has been installed and removed, so I guess I’ll save it with the hope it will fit a future build.
