Aero Precision makes high quality parts suitable for any build, and this BCG is no exception. This part features a slick, easy-to-clean black nitride finish, and a 9310 steel bolt that’s been high pressure tested (HPT) and magnetic particle inspected (MPI). Along with a 8620 steel carrier, with a properly staked gas key, this BCG makes a suitable starting point for a build, or upgrade to existing rifle.
Why Black Nitride?
Black nitride finishes are industry standard treatment for bolt carrier groups and barrels. This process increases surface hardness and lubricity, acting as an effective replacement for rough phosphate finishes and expensive chrome plating. Nitride strikes the perfect middle ground, making a great choice for a variety of shooters, and it makes maintenance simple.
