If you encounter an issue or defect with a product after 90 days of your purchase, you can refer to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Their policies are below.

Huxwrx Safety Co. and OSS Suppressors will repair or replace, free of charge, any product they manufacture that is deemed to have manufacturing defects.

The product is sold “as is” with no further implied contractual rights or warranties beyond those expressly stated herein.

The warranty extends to the original registered owner and excludes products damaged due to normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, embellishments or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, improper installation, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed or used not in accordance with the product instruction. Using ammunition types or barrel lengths that are not specified in the suppressor’s white paper is considered improper use. Unauthorized product modification automatically voids the HUXWRX warranty. Damage due to wear and tear may be repaired at a reasonable charge. HUXWRX will use reasonable discretion to determine the validity of warranty claims. Replacement of discontinued products is subject to inventory availability. HUXWRX may offer a comparable newer model as a replacement if necessary. With the constantly growing number of adapter and mount designs in the market, HUXWRX will only warranty suppressors that are used with products on the HUXWRX Approved Adapters & Mounts List. This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and they may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

HUXWRX assumes no liability for damages or bodily injury caused by such acts or omissions as previously described. Abuse and neglect are defined as usage outside of the reasonable scope for which the product is intended, thus, contributing to the accelerated and unreasonable premature wear of the suppressor itself. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply.

FLOW series suppressors are able to be repaired in most instances. Repairs on product that are found to not be defective will be invoiced to the owner. If a repair is indicated, then the owner must contact HUXWRX’s sales department at (801) 542-0425. A HUXWRX representative will make arrangements for return of the suppressor. HUXWRX strives to process warranty claims as soon as possible. Warranty reviews are typically completed in less than 10 business days. Repairs, when possible, may take an additional 10 business days before shipping. In rare circumstances, repairs may take an additional 30-60 days before shipping. Replacement suppressors require a new ATF approval process due to having a new serial number.

Customers should NOT SHIP THE SUPPRESSOR FOR REPAIR WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING SALES AND should NOT SHIP IN ANY EVENT WITHOUT A COPY OF THE APPROVED RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) AND ATF FORM.

If for any reason a customer’s suppressor is not eligible for repair or replacement, they may purchase a replacement suppressor for 50% off the listed MSRP for a same or similar suppressor. They should contact HUXWRX’s sales department for further details and requirements.

Any legacy OSS Suppressor product will still be covered under the OSS Suppressor warranty. Warranty will be validated based on serial numbers.

An RMA is required for all eligible returns. Eligible returns includes muzzle devices and accessories that have not been used within 90 days of purchase when purchased directly from HUXWRX Safety Co. For more information on submitting an RMA or for returns on apparel, contact support@huxwrx.com.
