The Phase 5 Weapon Systems M16 Cut Bolt Carrier Group is a high-quality upgrade designed for M16/M4/AR-15 platforms running the .223/5.56 caliber. It is an ideal option for finishing up that project upper or as a replacement for an old worn-out carrier for easy installation and improved reliability.
This quality complete bolt carrier group will drop into any AR-15 upper receiver and features a laser-etched Phase 5 Tactical logo on the visible side.
Durable Construction & High-Quality Finish
The Phase 5 Weapon Systems M16 Cut Bolt is machined from 9310 Carpenter Steel while the carrier itself is made from 8620 Steel. The bolt is high pressure tested, and magnetic particle inspected while the carrier is heat-treated and chrome-lined with a black phosphate coating resulting in less wear on your receiver, and more reliable function over time.
Black phosphate also reduces friction, minimizes the need for lubricants and cleaning, and provides excellent corrosion resistance for a lifetime of use. The complete bolt carrier group includes a cam pin, firing pin, gas key, and bolt.

All parts should be installed by a licensed, experienced GUNSMITH. You must consider the importance of every aspect involved with a proper installation. Improperly installed components can cause malfunctions, weapon failures, serious injury, or even death. PHASE 5™ WILL NOT WARRANTY COMPONENTS DAMAGED BY CUSTOMERS DURING INSTALLATION. All Phase 5 WSI assemblies and components have a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Return & Exchange Policy
You must contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for any returns or exchanges. Email Returns@phase5wsi.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Please include your name, contact information, and order number. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition. Any product returned DAMAGED/USED is subject to a 20% refurbishing fee. We do not accept returns or exchanges for apparel. The customer is liable for all shipping charges on non-defective items.
