Advanced E-BCG in Nickel Boron Coated With UCT EXO
The Lantac AR-15 Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group is designed and machined from 8620 steel with a shot-peened bolt. It’s been manufactured from Carpenter 158, tested and magnetically particle inspected for absolute quality.
The E-BCG assembly is made with NiB, Electroless Nickel Boron coated with the patented, advanced UCT EXO process. Unlike the standard NiB coatings, this process offers extreme lubricity with a friction coefficient of .02 and surface hardness of 82-85 Rockwell C.
Smoother Energy Pulse With A Softer Start
The design features a unique shrouded and forward facing gas ports that have also been resized so that gas is vented differently to a standard carrier. This results in a system that runs flatter with a smoother energy pulse with a softer start to carrier movement.
The Lantac AR-15 Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group also runs cooler and cleaner with less pressurization of the upper receiver when running a suppressed barrel. It has a flared boss at the tail of the carrier enhances the BCG’s lock position within the upper and makes it more consistent, resulting in an accuracy improvement.

If you encounter an issue or defect with a product after 90 days of your purchase, you can refer to the manufacturer for a warranty claim. Their policies are below.
Lantac 12-Month Warranty
- All new products manufactured/assembled by LANTAC USA LLC are covered by a 12 Month Manufacturer Warranty to the original customer. Products must be Registered to receive LANTAC USA LLC 12 month warranty.
- If the product is not registered, a copy of the original receipt with the purchase date must be provided at the time of the warranty service. Should our products not meet your expectations, please contact us for an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before the product is to be shipped back to LANTAC USA LLC.
- Muzzle Brakes and Flash Hiders will wear over time and are not eligible, but are covered for defects in material or manufacture.
- All new products not manufactured/assembled/labeled by LANTAC USA LLC are covered under their respective manufacturer warranty, not by LANTAC.
- Warranty returns will receive product replacement. No cash refunds.
New Product Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return it for a full refund or replacement.
- Unused or unopened product returns and refunds must be authorized by LANTAC USA LLC and are at our discretion, you must have an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before the product is returned. Please contact us first for your RMA #.
- You will receive a 100% refund on the product cost, less shipping, and handling. There is no restocking fee if you are not satisfied.
- If goods are returned as part of a canceled order or an order placed in error then a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
- Product and all product packaging and materials must be returned in their original condition to receive any refund.
- Refunds will be made within 30days from the date the goods are delivered to our premises.
Damaged Returns
LANTCA USA LLC is not responsible for any damaged shipments. If you have purchased insured shipping and your order is damaged please contact us immediately.
A damage claim will be submitted to the designated shipper. Please allow 30-45 days to process your lost claim with the designated shipper. Shipping damage refunds/exchanges do not include any return shipping, shipping insurance costs, or handling/processing fees.
The following information is needed in order to process a claim:
- Pictures of the damaged box/packaging and the damaged products from all sides
- A detailed description of the damage(s)
- The damaged product(s) need to be returned to LANTAC USA LLC within 7 business days after it is inspected by the carrier’s investigator.
