The Aero Precision H buffer solves the over-gassed rifle problem by adding weight to slow down your bolt carrier and increase dwell time. This buffer works well for carbine-length gas systems that beat the gun to death, larger calibers like 300 BLK that need more mass to cycle reliably, and suppressed rifles running hotter than they should. The extra 0.7 oz over a standard carbine buffer gives the magazine time to present the next round and ensures your bolt has enough mass to strip rounds consistently – bringing tuned cycling to overgassed or hard-recoiling builds.
