Extremely Lightweight Yet Robust Free-Float Handguard
The Fortis REV 2 Free Float M-LOK Handguard is an extremely lightweight yet robust free-floating rail system upgrade for your AR-15 build. Fortis team has managed to reduce as much weight as possible on this handguard while maintaining the strength by utilizing a 1 piece body design.
The M-LOK slots have been utilized on the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions and run down almost on the entire length of the rail, allowing the user to attach an abundance of lights, grips, rail sections, and all other M-LOK® accessories.
Continuous Picatinny Rail System
The REV™ II rail is installed with a standard barrel nut and offers a continuous 1913 mil-spec Picatinny rail along the top of the rifle that feels and looks like a completely monolithic (one piece) upper. The anti-rotation tabs are integrated inside the diameter of the rail system to ensure that the rail stays locked in position and contributes to the rifle’s rigidity.
Because of the anti-rotational tabs, the REV II rail may not fit all uppers without slight modification. Fits most MIL-SPEC forged uppers without any issues.
NOTE: Compatible with standard AR-15 barrel nut (sold separately).
