Breek Arms RG2-S Free Float AR15 MLOK Handguard
The RG2-S (Rugged Rail Mod2 Skeletonized) is the newest engineering feat from Breek Arms for your AR-15. Built from the ground up to be slim and lightweight, the handguard remains solid enough that pressure from accessories does not affect shooting performance. It achieves this by using Breek Arms’ proprietary locking system, improving barrel harmonics and making the handguard much less likely to move or bend under harsh conditions.
Additionally, the lengths of the rails available are specifically made to leave room for suppressor mounting solutions for common barrel lengths, such as the 13.7″ RG2-S rail being ideal for a 14.5″ barrel. With a Breek Arms RG2-S rail, you will gain the confidence of having a handguard from a manufacturer who’s thought of every possible scenario and made a rail to excel in all shooting activities.
Installation
- Torque barrel nut to 40 – 60 ft pounds
- Using Anti-Seize on the barrel nut is not necessary but recommended
- Line the handguard top rail to the AR upper receiver rail for a seamless fit
- Install wedges and torque two 10/32 bolts to 60 inch pounds
- If you do not own an Armorers Tool, vise, or torque wrench, we recommend using a gunsmith to install this handguard to your AR-15.
Compatibility
This handguard is compatible with standard AR15s uppers, both mil-spec forged & billet style uppers with low profile & adjustable low-profile gas blocks.
